Louisville lawyer charged with renting out man?s condo for 12 years after his death (13) (4/27/10)
A Louisville attorney has been charged with defrauding an estate by continuing to rent a dead man?s condominium for nearly 12 years after his death.
The lawyer, Ronald R. Snyder, 71, the brother of the late U.S. Rep. Gene Snyder, is scheduled to appear for arraignment on May 17 in the courthouse named for his brother, who served 22 years in Congress and died in 2007.
Snyder was charged Friday in Louisville with defrauding the estate?s heirs by collecting rent from March 1998, when the man died, until August 2009.
