Next week I will be chairing and presenting information to lawyers on the legal aspects of traumatic brain injury at two seminars sponsored by the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
The seminars will provide information on the basics of traumatic brain injury litigation including the mechanism of injury, the definitions of traumatic brain injury, current medical literature, ethical considerations, trial tactics and important resources.
The seminars are scheduled as follows:
SYRACUSE
