: PA Brownfields Environmental LawPA House Committee Votes to Increase Solar Energy Portfolio Requirements
By Joel Bolstein
As reported earlier today on Dave Hess' blog, the PA House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee reported out House Bill 2405, which would, among other things, raise the solar energy mandate in the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards from 0.5 to 3 percent. It is unclear whether the legislation has enough support to pass the General Assembly.
