DC v. Heller Argument Preview Now Available

The much-anticipated oral argument in the Second Amendment Guns case is drawing near, with argument scheduled for next Tuesday at 10 am eastern.  The SCOTUSwiki page for the case, which is here, has now been updated with a summary and analysis of the merits briefs (see here).  The SCOTUSwiki page for the case also features the complete set of cert. and merits stage filings and a comprehensive set of links to other commentary about the case from around the web.

This weekend, we will also post a fuller discussion of the uses of history in the written arguments on both sides on this blog and on the SCOTUSwiki page.
