ADVERTISEMENTS
Wall Street Journal: "The Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll and a separate poll by C-SPAN affirm earlier readings that suggested a plurality of Americans support Elena Kagan?s nomination to the Supreme Court, but the support isn?t deep. The Journal?s poll finds 29% of Americans support Kagan, while 23% are opposed. Nearly half, 47%, say they don?t know enough to give an opinion. The C-SPAN poll finds 38% of respondents support Kagan, while 30% don?t and 33% have no opinion. A USA Today/Gallup poll released in early June found 46% supported Kagan and 32% were opposed, as Washington Wire reported at the time."
