A REMARKABLE CONCLUSION TO A CASE:The Herald is quoting a prosecutor at a sentencing for DUI Manslaughter ( here is the story) in what appears to be a remarkable story. The facts are familiar to anyone who handles DUI manslaughter cases: a young man killed his friend when he was driving impaired. The car was involved in an accident and the deceased was thrown from the vehicle. The Defendant was a law student at Nova. His friend who was killed was 26 years old...continue to full post
