HTML5 is Coming : Get Ready for the New Specification -- the 5th Generation -- of the Core Language of the World Web Web

By Andis Kaulins

ADVERTISEMENTS
HTML5 according to dev.w3.org:
"This specification defines the 5th major revision of the core language of the World Wide Web: the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). In this version, new features are introduced to help Web application authors, new elements are introduced based on research into prevailing authoring practices, and special attention has been given to defining clear conformance criteria for user agents in an effort to improve interoperability."
That this standard is on its way is clear, as written at TechCrunch:

"EchoSign Now Supports HTML5, Debuts E-Signatures On The iPad"

And see generally:

Lastly, the low-cost acclaimed Coffee Cup HTML Editor now already has full HTML5 and CSS3 support. (This is not an advert, merely info, as we are currently considering trying this out ourselves.)
