Hummus Brothers has only two locations -- both in London -- but after eating there earlier today, I have a feeling this is a concept that could spread ... small pun intended. So far, expansion has been slow (they opened the first store in 2005), but the concept has the look of a nice franchise. Take a look at the menu ... is this not food you could eat regularly? Plus they sell a fun t-shirt ...
