: Kentucky CasesMinutes for Kentucky Court of Appeals for March 14, 2008 (COA)(2008:13)
By Michael Stevens
UPDATED; AOC has updated the links in the minutes. SDS or "same day service" folks. Thanks!!
NOTE: Some of the links in the Minutes for this week are 'bad' in that there is an extraneous "%20" just before the ".pdf" in the URL or link to the decision. When you click on the link to the decision you will get a page not found. Just delete the "%20" in the browser address bar and click again and you should pull up the full text of the decision. Sorry, but I do not know how to correct the links in an Adobe PDF document...... yet.
However, the links to the published decisions as follows are correct.
- Click here for PDF copy of Minutes posted at AOC with links to each published and non-published decision this week.
- For our copy of the minutes, click here.
- 29 rendered decisions - Numbered 317-345
- 3 published
- 320 - Heer v. Chadwick - real property, leases
- 327 - Skinner v. Skinner - child custody jurisdiction
- 343 - Com. v. M.(C.) - commitment to cabinet after age 18
Minutes List - all published and nonpublished decisions with links to the full text of the decision posted at AOC's web site plus orders regarding dismissals, extraordinary writs, discretionary review.
