Cohen v. Melnick - an unofficial transcript of the recorded calls of inmate Stephen Gibbs has come our way.  Here are the portions Team Cohen reportedly are relying on: Recording  #8:  call with girlfriend: Florence:   so what about, today.  Your mom is going down to?.. Steven Gibbs:   He  [Melnick]  called her at 8 am and told her to come in around 11.  So he is switching to another judge, he doesn?t like that judge [Cohen], he is switching to a judge that he fucks with.  A judge that can favor me.  He has been in the game for a long time. Recording  #10: call with female: Steven Gibbs:   my mom spoke to the lawyer.  She gave him a stack down, I think it was $4000.  Once I get home he will drop it down.  What he intends to do is transfer me to a different judge, if I go with that judge, his judge, things will be ok for all of us, if you catch my drift...continue to full post
