PHMSA Releases Guidance on Alternative Vapor Gas Dispersion Models

Last week, the U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) released guidance addressing "the requirements for obtaining approval of alternative vapor-gas dispersion models under Subpart B of 49 CFR part 193." The guidance focuses on technical matters specific to vapor dispersion models and was published in yesterday's Federal Register.
