LEVENSON FORECAST: IRRITABLE (AFTER THIS POST)

 Switched at Birth: Levenson & Daniels? ? ? ? ? ... The judge and jury walked out hand in hand ... ? ? ? ? - for a smart guy, Jeff Levenson sure does some funny things.  It's almost like he can't help himself.  From the mood swings, the hurtful insults, the ex parte confabs, and the incessant badgering of staff and lawyers from both sides of the aisle, his courtroom remains the only criminal division left that lots of lawyers simply don't like to go to.  Topping it off, many judges have told us they don't like dealing with him either. Let's get one thing straight.  Levenson is a capable jurist.  He just seems to be of the school that thinks the process revolves around him, instead of the issues.  He's often short and ill tempered, and some people think he's vindictive...continue to full post
