Help Governor Patrick clean up the DOC & EOPSS for CORI leaks that led to Joanna Marinova v. Boston Herald, Jessica Van Sack & WDHD Channel 7 Defamation lawsuit.

The Governor has publicly stated that he does not want a prison system shrouded in mystery and lies, however someone in the DOC leaked unauthorized CORI information about Darrell Jones (FaceBook with new YouTube video from prison), a known prison reformer who has been on Boston Chronicle (watch it) and who has led "Voices Behind the Wall" and many other initiatives designed to address youth violence and to curb recidivism. This information was a copy of a dismissed charge (read it) of inappropriate sexual touching, which Jessica Van Sack, the Boston Herald and Byron Barnett and WDHD/Channel 7 turned into "sex with a prisoner(s)" etc. etc. as they targeted prison reform advocates Joanna Marinova and State Rep. Gloria Fox.

Punishment needs to be meted out to these lawless individuals, Governor Patrick told me at the Juneteenth Celebration (video) he would put it to bed, but His Excellency's efforts appear to be stalemated by AG Martha Coakley, who just informed me that she has no documents regarding any investigation into the matter. Such inaction grants imprimatur to the unlawful conduct per Globe Newspaper Co. v. District Attorney for Middle Dist., 439 Mass. 374, 788 NE2d 513 (2003). We cannot tolerate this sort of activity, so write your Senators, write Attorney Coakley, demand action and cc me at:
