It's 9am in Geneva. I've taken to getting up early. The garbage collection at 745 outside my window didn't help early. Unfortunately, my travel partner likes sleeping in for a really long time. That's ok though, gives me some time to relax. Plus, considering I'm now used to getting up at roughly 4am Halifax time, I think I'll have a better chance at getting up early for my job once I get back.

The weather in Geneva, and Europe in general, has been great. Yesterday was gorgeous. 26c and sunny. Even though the weather claimed that it would rain, we only got a taste of a thunder shower around dinner time. Switzerland is probably the most beautiful country I've ever been to. Except for the fact that it's incredibly expensive, it just feels comfortable yet exotic at the smae time. Around Geneva there's a beautiful Bay with parks and old buildings fronting the area and mountains in the background. In the centre of the Harbour there's the Jet D'Eau which is a giant water jet that shoots water 460 ft in the air. It's too bad I can't download pictures on this computer.

We've now booked the rest of our trip. 3 more days in Geneva and then back to London for the rest. Then home on Saturday.
