First Person: Six months later, confusion over new health care law

President Obama has been touting his landmark health care law passed by Congress this year. On Sept. 23, the new law was exactly six months old and some of the key changes to health care were activated. But while the president celebrates this milestone, a new survey shows that health care initiative is not understood by many Americans.
