Reps. Rangel, Waters? public ethics trials won?t start until after midterm election

The Hill: "Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) and Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) won't face public ethics trials until after the election. The House ethics committee announced Thursday that Rangel?s trial will begin Nov. 15 and Waters?s will start Nov. 29."
