Bluebooking Question

ADVERTISEMENTS

I've never been great at proof-reading or avoiding typos.  I was taking another pass at a draft article recently and came across this footnote:

57.  See Hammer v. Dagenhart, 247 U.S. 251, 272-73 (1918) (invalidating statute regulating child labor as improper exercise of Congress's Commerce Clause power ;-)

Is that the correct citation format?  When I looked through the Bluebook, I couldn't find anything about how to use "winky face" emoticons.
