By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
Hearing scheduled for 17 Nov 2010, two weeks after the Election, no written Order as to why the TRO was denied. Basically too much heat, come back after the Election.
Anyway pursuant to Judge Lynn's prior proclamations that hearing will be on YouTube.

Art, other detail and the Nashua Telegraph coverage later today and tomorrow.

Kelly I will see you well before the scheduled hearing at one or more of your publicly-advertised events :)

iPhone post live from the Courthouse.

PS: Justice delayed is Justice Denied.
