Where in the world will I be November 2 - 12?

After my trip to Chicago this week for the ACI Foodborne Illness Litigation Conference, I am home for a few days and then off again on a seemingly worldwide tour.  

I am proud to be a major sponsor of the 5th International Conference for Food Safety and Quality ?on November 2-3, 2010, as well as being the opening speaker.

After Los Angeles I head to Fayetteville to the University of Arkansas School of Law where my law partner, Denis Stearns and I will co-teach for three days (November 2, 3 and 4, 2010) a course on food safety liability.

I then hustle to China for a few days and then to the China International Food Safety & Quality Conference + Expo (CIFSQ) in Shanghai on November 10-11, 2010, where I am again the chief sponsor and I give one of the keynote speeches.

Why do I do it?

Well, it is not because I like to sit on airplanes for dozens of hours at a time.  The truth is that Food Safety has become more that just a law practice, it has become a mission.  When you have seen the impact on people and families that I have seen for nearly 20 years, not flying around the world is not an option anymore.

And, I am going to miss seeing the World Series in person.
