: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast asks, "If Franconia did so well at Court, then why is its counselor Dan Mullen not smiling?"
By Christopher King
There is a press release that the town Administrative Assistant Sally Small should provide to Citizen Jesseman today which makes it appear for all the World that they prevailed over KingCast when in point of fact they and Defendant Ayotte are going to be ORDERED to pay for KingCast's cost of litigation and provide to us most of the important stuff we've been seeking.Franconia gloss-over Press release pages one, two and three. They have to turn over approximately 111 out of 369 pages, some of which in my opinion they knew they had to provide because they are court documents.
Here's the KingCast press release, pages one and two.
Note as you view it, with iPaper you can enlarge the type face with the plus function on top. And the hotlinks work. Scribd.com is unbelievably cool.
Judge Vaughn In-Camera Decision Page one, two, three, four, five and six.
In the end, if Franconia can say they are happy with the Decision, that's fine. I'm happy, too. Happy as a pig-in.... a blanket.
Now give me my documents.
