California's Attorney General (and Governor-elect), Jerry Brown, sues an agency the AG represents (or, "the knotty problems of government lawyering")

ADVERTISEMENTS

Story here; complaint here.  Jerry Brown, our current AG, former Governor, and future Governor, has undertaken a representation of the Insurance Commissioner against a state agency that the Attorney General represents.
