BIALL Membership Services Survey 2010

This survey aims to:

• collect BIALL members' opinions on services currently offered by the Membership Services Committee
• collect BIALL members' opinions and suggestions on possible new services which could be offered by BIALL

The survey will only take you 10 minutes or less to complete. All personal and institutional members of BIALL are invited to complete the survey before 17 December 2010. The findings of the survey will be published in early 2011.

All responses will be treated in the strictest of confidence and the anonymity of respondents will be preserved in the final report. You can complete the survey anonymously if you wish, but please give your name and contact details at the end, if you would like your name included in the prize draw.

The Membership Services Committee (MSC) of BIALL encourage members to make a response even if they have never used any of the services currently offered by the MSC, because we value your views on potential new services for BIALL members.

The BIALL Membership Services Committee aims to provide and promote services to the membership of the Association in conformity with the strategic and financial objectives of the Council.

The services currently offered by MSC are:

• A members' forum at the annual conference, "Have Your Say"
• A mentoring scheme for first-time delegates at the annual study conference
• A regularly updated Members Information Pack
• An annual salary survey
• A duplicates exchange scheme, to share resources
• The BIALL Conference Stand at the annual conference
