SFL and Kosher Meatball are blogging away, and CM/ECF is alerting me to motions still being filed. But I'm having trouble motivating for the blog. So, I think I'm going to take the week off from blogging. If something exciting happens (not like denials of cert or judges not getting appointed), I'll post it.
