KingCast asks "Bad Blood" author Casey Sherman "Did you really mean to say 'Liko Kenney wasn't a nice kid at all?'"

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS

Dear Casey, I cannot believe you stated, in a WRKO interview I hosted here:

"Liko Kenney wasn't a nice kid at all."

Where on Earth did that come from? I missed the offensive comment the first time when I wrote the journal entry above, but for your comment, without retraction, is a slap in the face to the very community to whom you prefaced the book. You know that hundreds of people from Franconia, Sugar Hill and Easton paid respects to Liko Kenney while a couple dozen, if that, paid same to Bruce McKay. You and I have both noted as much. Those people did not drive down Davey & Michele's long, winding muddy driveway because Liko Kenney "wasn't a nice kid at all."

Please Man, that goes well beyond hyperbole and into something.... well let's just say I would like to hear from you on this before next Monday. At that point I will have much more to say depending on your response.

Sincerely,
Christopher King, J.D.
