: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageMassachusetts SJC sides 6-0 with KingCast & Mortgage Movies Journal, tells banks and servicers: "Bring documentation or get lost!"
By Christopher King
We at Mortgage Movies are pleased that the Massachusetts SJC has put the brakes on corrupt business practices that we highlight in video. Here is the Boston Globe coverage.?We agree with the [Land Court] judge that the plaintiffs . . . failed to make the required showing that they were the holders of the mortgages at the time of foreclosure,?? Justice Ralph Gants wrote in the decision. This is exactly the case I videotaped and made this movie about, only in New Hampshire. Here is the pertinent excerpt from Jeanne Ingress' legal Memorandum click on it to read it. Here too is the witness Affidavit of the son who witnessed some of the nasty behavior of certain attorneys. And here is a Plain Dealer 7 Jan 2011 story about Cuyahoga County Judge Peter Sikora's foreclosure and battle with the banks. See me on TV discussing this and other disturbing matters of public interest here: http://nhcaptv.com/episode/143
