Not a lot of positive news. Thanks to Zack Kisber at our firm for helping crunch the numbers. Family 1st ? no improvement for most countries; two week advance for Mexico and one month advance for Philippines. Family 2A ? most countries stalled at January 2008; Mexico stalled at April 2005. Family 2B ? world numbers stalled at April 2003; Dominican Republic retrogresses from March 2002 to January 1997; Mexico and Philippines advance two weeks. Family 3rd ? most countries stalled at January 2001; Philippines stalled at October 1991; Mexico advances one month to 22 November 1992. Family 4th ?...
