I am sure that many people in Michigan couldn't believe it but this is true. There are many crimes still on the books that are far past their time. Ultimately especially in a civil manner don't depend on the court because you may regret it. My best friend in law school and I our first year use to have a lot of fun with this crime and the fact that you could theoretically have a conspiracy to commit adultery.
