You can read the whole sorry story here on MassCops.comThe guy just didn't show up at trial. He wasn't sick or injured from where he ran over Tim Clement, 25 and his father, Dr. David Clement, 57. Just didn't show up to the retrial, and without his testimony the Defendant walked free even though she had been convicted on prior occasion for the same charge...

You haven't seen the beauty of the North Country until you take a ride with Liko's friends through the bottom of the Kenny property line. If this song doesn't bring a smile to the corners of your mouth you've got serious issues. It's late 70's vintage and he has what appears to be a 12-stringer going on there. I'm writing a Motion for Expedited hearing on the TRO issue because I don't want Defendant McLeod to claim she destroyed any of these records. I can't believe this pathetic example of a State Representative is actually going to waste taxpayer monies in defending her attempts to keep her emails about properly-failed HB 1428 Bruce McKay Highway hidden...

Well nothing is a lead pipe cinch. You know ten years ago we thought it was a lead pipe cinch that the U.S. Attorney's Office was going to issue an edict on whether or not to indict Gregory W. Floyd under 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) but alas NOTHING ever appeared on the record as to any of that...

Now I see that the 1997 Defamation lawsuit initiated by Chief Jackson settled so now he can retire, $3M in legal fees later. What that case started I had just started in private practice after leaving the AG's office, as noted in the last post.Do y'all plan to let Jerry Doyle's case drag on that long and hope he dies or something? He won't, he'll be around for you, and if he's not he still has heirs, duh...

1992-1995 Ohio AG's office, 1 year as clerk 2 as lawyer, never a problem. Here I was leading preparations for an oral argument on a case I won. I forget what it was, but I never lost, so I can safely say that I won. First off, Palin's troopergate is nothing new. She basically sh*t-canned a guy (Safety Commish Walter Monegan) who refused to fire a guy (Mike Wooten) who was going through a bitter divorce with Palin's sister. I told you last week about Floyd's upcoming schedule, which also includes a 16 October 2008 hearing relative to imposition of his suspended sentence for assault on a police officer. I think the State should impose the sentence so I filed a KingCast Amicus Brief and I'll likely be in attendance for that one...

Doyle -- putting a political dissident "in the hole" for having the chutzpah to telephone prominent radio host Bob Conner -- is clearly appalling, the sad fact is the New Hampshire is just as bad:The folks at Valley Street Jail website wrote me yesterday because they have a site documenting the abuses, deaths and litigation involved that is costing New Hampshire taxpayers untold fortunes...

Let me go back to 1998 as I was "losing" one of Jerry's cases in Federal Court almost ten years to the day: Doyle v. City of Columbus 41 F.Supp.2d 765 S.D.Ohio,1998 December 18, 1998. I'm ok with that. In fact, I still think he and his son were involved in killing Nicole, but the power of money won the Day 13 years ago. Same size Bruno Magli shoes and all of that. See, FWIW a Jackass in the previous post about the RNC, Mike Paulhus, Liko Kenney and Jerry Doyle beat-downs thinks that I'm partial to Democrats or liberals, and s/he goes on and on about how the law needs to be enforced against everybody and blah blah blah...

There's a gaggle of Internet trolls who say that I have somehow prevented any real investigation of the Franconia shooting tragedy, in which I believe that Liko Kenney shot Bruce McKay out of fear and that Gregory Floyd murdered Liko Kenney. This I find interesting...
