KingCast Sunshine Week post #5: A damn fine brief for KingCast/Brian Jesseman v. Union Leader.

Posted on March 19, 2008
I'm not going to link it just yet. Can't give my adversaries everything up front, duh. I'll link it late night tonight.Okay. It's only 6:41p so it's not late night yet but when it is the line will be RIGHT HERE. I've got a ton of Gloucester Fire litigation to address tonight for tomorrow's attachment hearing, but meanwhile visit Smoking Gun and chew on John Doe (Fuzzy Zoeller) v...

KingCast watches in amazement as a Priest arrests Gregory P. Floyd for criminal theft.

Posted on March 19, 2008
It goes to the first post on this matter. "Gregory P. Floyd, 19, Easton, was arrested Friday on Cottage Street on a warrant for theft. He was charged with taking $363.00 in U.S. currency belonging to Wal-Mart out of the register and placing it into his pocket with the purpose to deprive Wal-Mart...

"Soup's up!" Here's the KingCast/Jesseman v. Union Leader Post Hearing Brief to obtain IP address of bogus poster.

Here it is, at scribd.com Goes to this morning's post. Oh, yah, I chose miso with clam. Like a taste of Justice, it's good for you. Goes good with Sushi, too.We use video podcasting at KingCast.net and Justiceforkids.net to protect the First Amendment and highlight corporate and police abuse, such as the Ohio Board of Grievances, American Tower Corporation, Jaffrey Police Department, and the NAACP have all told material lies or unlawfully withheld evidence

KingCast jam of the Day for Franconia and beyond: Collie Buddz, "I'm blind to you haters."

Posted on March 19, 2008
Said I'm blind to you.... haters... can't touch me war instigators.....See, Collie Buddz is a white guy, which I did not know until a few weeks ago. But his passion is universal and his colour is but an added dimension, so an idiot like Geraldine Ferraro shouldn't say "you wouldn't be where you are if you weren't white," which is what she said about Barack Obama being black...

KingCast email to Union Leader's counsel Greg & Kate Sullivan on the KingCast/Jesseman case to obtain IP address of bogus poster.

See generally this Harvard law blog post, but check the case of Remsburg v. Docusearch, 149 N.H. 148 as noted in the comments. Yah, I know Attorney Gottesman, he's a State Senator and I'm going to tell him all about this case.Date: Tue, 18 Mar 2008 04:04:21 -0700 (PDT)From: "Christopher King" kingjurisdoctor@yahoo...

The KingCast Sunshine Week post #4: Compliance Memorandum on necessity of litigation and costs in KingCast v. Ayotte/Franconia, Grafton 07-E-268

Posted on March 18, 2008
Let's have a seat back on that park bench, shall we?The bench might not happen as designed because NH has a stingy Right-to-Know law, unlike Michigan or other states that expressly permit an award of Punitive Damages, so Bad State Actors get of relatively easy here...

Sunshine Week post #3: Ensuring Defendants Ayotte and Franconia compliance with the 6 March 2008 Order in KingCast v. Ayotte et al, Grafton 07-E-268.

Posted on March 18, 2008
18 March 2008Dear Defendant Ayotte:Pursuant to Court ORDER, please provide a list of times for the weeks of 23 and 31 March, 2008 in which my crew and I can come, inspect and copy the original dash cam video from Bruce McKay's Tahoe from when he bashed Liko Kenney's car back and then OC Sprayed him in direct violation of town protocol...

Sunshine Week post #2: Asking Nick Pappas and Joe McQuaid when they will cover the KingCast Right-to-Know victories over Ayotte and Franconia?

Posted on March 17, 2008
Dear Publisher McQuaid and Managing Editor Pappas:The Nashua Telegraph dedicated an entire section to Sunshine Week and wrote:Sunshine Week is a national initiative to open a dialogue about the importance of open government and freedom of information...

For Saint Patrick's Day 2008 KingCast and Marvin Gaye say "Erin go bragh" to all my Irish negroes from across the pond, oh, yah =^.)

Posted on March 16, 2008
Civil Rights is not about black, white, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, gender or orientation. It's about common sense principles of life.Saint Patrick was an Irish slave cum Civil Rights Activist, so don't get it twisted when you're drinking on Monday...

KingCast's Cleveland and New Hampshire friends say, "To hell with conjecture Kelly Ayotte, give Chris King the Bruce McKay Franconia video right now."

Posted on March 16, 2008
Yah, that's my buddies from prep school in 1973 Keepin' it Real, and then my buddies from Nashua in 2008 Keepin' it Real. At the bottom of the link, Liko's friends and me Keep it Real, too. You want me to keep quiet about Kelly Ayotte and her friends trying to put me in Prison 2 years ago? Hell no...

Union Leader, WMUR and Franconia's Jeffrey Jesseman cover KingCast v. Ayotte/Franconia litigation for Right-to-Know Sunshine Week.

Posted on March 16, 2008
Okay, actually, that's a damn lie and I'm a damn liar: The Union Leader and WMUR have not issued one peep about the Grafton Superior litigation, even though Judge Timothy Vaughn ruled:1. NH AG Kelly Ayotte is compelled to produce the original Bruce McKay 5/11 dash cam video for KingCast to review and record, which we will do in the next coupla' weeks...

Harvard Law School & Court case concur with KingCast & Brian Jesseman: Joe McQuaid and Union Leader must provide IP address of Jesseman impersonator.

Posted on March 15, 2008
So a week ago Union Leader Defense counsel Kate Sullivan said:1. KingCast lacks standing.2. Jesseman has no case. The Court ordered briefs and said:1. Maybe KingCast has standing.2. Maybe Jesseman has a case.KingCast will brief the standing issue later, but for now Harvard Law blog says Jesseman has a case because just as KingCast said, it's a case of identity theft...

KingCast says Gregory P. Floyd/Gregory W. Floyd: Like father like son, a coupla' dishonest thieves.

Posted on March 14, 2008
Oh, yah.My sources indicate that the Caledonian Record has Gregory P. Floyd allegedly busted stealing $350.00 from his job at Wal Mart last week; he's 19.This means that if Floyd kept officers away from him because he was allegedly under age and could not be interviewed on 11 May 2007 Floyd was lying...

Overheard statement by a courthouse hater: "How does KingCast support himself... he doesn't have a job."

Posted on March 14, 2008
Okay. I'm not getting into it by name who said it, or who heard it but I know a reporter heard it and that's all I will say. The walls have ears and the Spirit of Liko Kenney and KingCast lies somewhere in any and every public building so you best watch your step before you shoot that mouth off...

Joe McQuaid to Union Leader State Editor Tom Fahey: "That Chris King thinks he's the head nigger in charge, doesn't he?"

Posted on March 14, 2008
So I went up to the Union Leader this afteroon after filing an Affidavit for Brian Jesseman regarding our lawsuit against the Union Leader to recover the IP address/contact info. of a bogus poster. I went pursuant to this post in which I questioned the paper for not including me in their First Amendment Celebration "Fighting for freedoms" honoring Republican George Will and former state Rep...

KingCast is angelic, makes a difference in the communities of Lawrence and Franconia and "empowers people to speak up."

Posted on March 14, 2008
Every day I show up to work -- and this is my job, selling motorcycles and working for the law office is what I do for money to live, a major distinction -- I look for the haters to show up and trash talk, and they usually do. Fortunately I've got my lovers, too...

KingCast watches in horror as Lawrence High Principal Wilfredo T. Laboy suspends Honor Roll student, allegedly for wearing a sweater.

Posted on March 13, 2008
But that ain't really what's going on. What's going on is unlawful First Amendment retaliation. He suspending the daughter, Flormarie Figueroa to get at the mother Izzy, who is a pen-pal friend of mine ever since we stood up in opposition to the situation in which Laboy painted over Thuan Tran's Malcolm X/Martin Luther King mural, telling the young lad he could put it up again, but without Malcolm X on it...

KingCast laughs his head off as Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur ask "Is Kelly Ayotte a fascist?"

KingCast Motion to Reconsider Defendant Ayotte withholding Gregory Floyd's Military Documents, her witness list and fingerprint evidence.

Posted on March 12, 2008
Oh, Yah. It ties in with this post on the Military Records and this post on the witness and fingerprint evidence. Overall I thought Judge Vaughn wrote a sound Decision as noted in yesterday's post, even if I think he could have legally gone farther to protect the spirit and values embodied in the Right-to-Know Statute...

Eliot Spitzer, Mike Nifong and Kelly Ayotte exemplify the perils of government hypocrisy.

Posted on March 12, 2008
Three District Attorneys; three fatally flawed approaches to enforcement.Cross post: BostonNOW, Nashua Telegraph Forum.New York Governor Eliot Spitzer did some good things and talked a mean game about being a stand up sorta' fella when he was likely violating the Law on Prostitution...

A word about Geraldine Ferraro, whom I actually supported in 1984: Maybe you wouldn't be where you are if you weren't white, stupid.

Posted on March 12, 2008
What a racist asshat she showed herself to be, yah?Barack Obama is correct to question the, umm.... tone of Senator Clinton's campaign, as noted herein.Related post: Barack please pay attention to police abuse in New Hampshire. Our Republican Attorney General, Kelly Ayotte was found liable this month for illegal activity and failing to disclose murder investigation protocol in the Franconia shooting tragedy, and that is antithetical to the ends of Justice and open government that you espouse...

KingCast blog of the week: From the Center of the Natural World.

Posted on March 12, 2008
I've checked in on this blog from time to time and really appreciate it. The writer knows who I am but I have absolutely no idea who the writer is, but they have roots up there from above this sign, which thankfully will NEVER be Bruce McKay highway. The blog is understated and minimalist, everything this blawg is typically not...

KingCast Supplemental Motion to Reconsider: Why was Bruce McKay on medication, and why was he allegedly subject to attorney client privilege?

Posted on March 12, 2008
Here is the linked version at Scribd.com. I. The documents identified by Petitioner are not exempt by RSA 91-A:5.Immediately after mailing his Limited Motion for Reconsideration Petitioner retrieved a letter from Franconia Counsel Dan Mullen, in which he essentially claims that all of documents in Bruce McKay?s personnel file are exempt...

The Liko Kenney Bruce McKay Park Bench: KingCast explains the plan for any potential monies in Judge Vaughn's Consideration of Costs.

Posted on March 11, 2008
Okay. The Court, as noted in the Bob Dylan Post, noted that there may be costs assessed against Defendant(s) Ayotte/Franconia/Chief Montminy in this matter. As they say across the pond I'm going to stop and take a piss right now: Look Kelly. I'm a former AAG...

KingCast breaks out the Bob Dylan for Kelly Ayotte, who violated the Law in withholding homicide protocol from KingCast.

Posted on March 11, 2008
The times, they are a-changin'.....Yah, I remember a coupla' years ago when those tools at Daily Kos were telling me to cop a plea to Kelly's bogus charges and blah, blah, blah.My how times change. When you're a good attorney, and you're not afraid to seek the Truth, that is...

KingCast is off to Court with standing in KingCast/Jesseman v. Union Leader, Hillsborough South 08-E-093 to see who forged Brian Jesseman's identity.

Posted on March 10, 2008
Okay. The time is now 7:14. Court at 9:00 a.m. Just to go over a few points that people have been asking me about:1. What makes you so sure you have standing?a) I have standing pursuant to the case law in the Complaint and Motion, you Honor.b) I have standing pursuant to the fact that this is a matter of public concern, your Honor...

KingCast presents on the eve of Franconia Selectman election: A Decision on the Merits in KingCast v. Ayotte and Town of Franconia, 07-E-268.

Posted on March 10, 2008
The Decision is 31 pages long. Kelly took some hits. I'm not done reading the Decision. That will take me a day or two to digest and let it sink in. Sure I lost some things I think I could have won on but that's okay. What I did win, is huge. I will pick at this Decision like a fine piece of warm pecan pie with Hagen Dazs French Vanilla Ice Cream a la mode...

KingCast applauds as Milan Kohout goes free from Boston's First Amendment oppression.

Posted on March 08, 2008

U.S. Law.com and BostonNOW both feature KingCast/Chris King's 1st Amendment Page as a solid blogger.

Posted on March 07, 2008
I am very pleased to be included in the USLaw.com blog directory as noted. The site maintains "The easiest access to the greatest law blogs from the best blawgers." And of course BostonNOW featured a KingCast blog last week on the Tai Ho fire tragedy, but this week they actually published the blog entry regarding the antiquated method of balloon construction that has played a substantial role in at least two deaths over the past 3 months in the greater Boston area...
