The entire text is in the comments section but for now dig this: In a May 3 statement to the House of Representatives, Gionet stated he never met with McKay on either a personal or professional basis and believes he has been "defamed and falsely accused of a criminal act in attempting to fix a speeding ticket...

As someone who has been a professional journalist whenever I want to for the past twenty (20) years, I can safely say that I know when to divulge someone's identity and when not to. The only time I arguably crossed that line involved the Franconia shooting tragedy when I posted this commentary from the Nashua Telegraph's Dean Shalhoup...

See how the NH system doesn't tell you if the person is still incarcerated? Interesting. Also interesting is the question of who bought his suits, who paid his property taxes, who paid for his (multiple) lawyers, all of that. And if he's no longer in the can then we have to have a real address for this tool because he's always on reporting status, duh...

Restraining Order GRANTED for another full year because Jason Watson physically threatened the mother of his child and her father and whatnot. Well apparently one Judge didn't agree with the Federal Judge Tauro's dicta and Order that Mr. Watson was oh-so-altruistic in Gotham City part deux, when he walked with time served on his weapons charges...

Soooo..... Despite the clear cut verbal urgings of Judge Diane Moriarty on 22 April, 2010 (i.e. "no more continuances") the Attempted murder pretrial against Robert O'Connell was continued again today to 25 June, 2010. I can't wait to see how the State deals with the fact that Jennifer Bynarowicz was indeed coked up and the purported victim Joseph Fasano reportedly had cocaine on his face...

I know some lawyers who helped Davey Kenney file a lawsuit on behalf of Liko Kenney?s estate would vigorously disagree with that assertion, and Casey Sherman, Bradford Whipple and I agree in many critical areas of thought. Remember how the Littleton Courier read the same Order from Judge Vaughn that I read, and we came to the same conclusion: NH AG Kelly Ayotte and/or the town of Franconia owed me reasonable costs from my RSA 91-A lawsuit? Well how come it never happened, that makes no sense...

Soooo.......iPhone update: A lawsuit has been filed. I haven't seen it nor do I know the particulars but it will all be shown to me shortly, and of course should be part of Casey Sherman's Bad Blood Movie screenplay.These videos are part of yesterday's visit to Hawken School and two of the KingCast "Bowfinger or Bad Blood" short films that document one of the biggest coverups in New Hampshire Law Enforcement history, almost rivaling the Dow Murders situation in which NH LE Richard Dow most assuredly murdered his wife and adoptive son...

It might surprise some of you that I actually like many of the Judges I have appeared before, and wish them well. I wasn't in Domestic too often, but Her Honor always impressed me as a straight shooter, and a real pistol to boot. She was in Rare Form today at Cleveland's Antioch Baptist Church...

Sooooo....Click here to watch KingCast Bowfinger Series Part One.The only person who claims Liko hit McKay twice is Gregory Floyd, whom Casey and I BOTH agree to be "delusional" and on Big Drugs. Casey and I BOTH agree (on other video from this book signing) that Floyd changed his story on speaking first as well, so it's internally inconsistent to agree with Floyd...
