- Overheard in New York has a series of quotes from people associate with known arrestees. For example, a non-law-student was heard to say ?You've never been arrested? I have never met anyone that has not been arrested!? Certainly not law school material, there. A man in US Correctional Services jacket to another looking around hectically in a large crowd at Penn Station was heard to say ?Make sure we don't lose him!?
- ?Is America ready for an ex-POW president?? Repeat until people start taking your stupid pithy comments seriously.
- I am still recoupering from my trip to China for the Olympics. Thanks to all the people that filled in pretending to be me, even through it took me no more than sixty seconds to break down the great firewall of China. I am pleased to say that I did not find judicial activism in China. Of the Chinese people that I asked (in the Army and in Falun Gong, and the Chinese Squat-Thrust team), they all agreed that there was no judicial activism in China. Therefore, members of the Federalist Society would be happy in China.
