ADVERTISEMENTS
The license plate says it all. Here is the new KingCast.net. The email address should be up later today and that will be my new email address for any Civil Rights issue. It's All Good.

Here is the history of the Grand Act - filibuster, cloture and ALL OF THAT -- which was modified when I was in law school in 1991 to clarify that 42 U.S.C. 1981 applied to employment situations as well. I sued under it and recovered for many happy clients -- despite what you may read about me in the Ohio Supreme Court files =^.)

The Civil Rights Act (view Civil Rights statutes here) was passed the year before I was born, or 44 years ago. Today we are still working for Justice in America, and nowhere is that work more important than in the hills and valleys of Franconia and North Country, New Hampshire -- the Live Free or Die State. And believe me, KingCast and the Franconia Collective have some moves afoot that I don't even discuss on this blawg. Yet.

Hubert Humphrey was the whip -- my brother -- and Liko Kenney is too. People who demanded that our government do better. I got your back, bro.

PS: Even the Union Leader distrusts NH AG Kelly Ayotte.
PPS: I should have that Motorola manual today or tomorrow, and that will explain whether Bruce McKay had put his 2-way radio to MUTE while he attacked Liko Kenney and Bruce McKay in violation of 7 Town Pursuit and OC Spray policies. Not to mention the United States Constitution. Something about Due Process, excessive use of force, you know.
