KingCast litigation tip: Don't ever give me a Affidavit about some documents where some says they saw those documents and this is what they say.....

Seriously. If you hire an expert witness and that witness provides an expert opinion then s/he needs to file the document as reviewed instead of just offering an Affidavit about what he says the documents say. I mean, Hearsay, Best Evidence Rule, Completeness of Evidence Rules, anyone?

I swear I am definitely living in the Twilight Zone.

Thank Goodness the Town gave us the original docs without a subpoena appearance, even. But I don't get mad. I'm sitting down with learned counsel right about now and writing a veddy special widdle Surreply so the Court has the full picture, yah.

We use video podcasting at KingCast.net and Justiceforkids.net to protect the First Amendment and highlight corporate and police abuse, such as the Ohio Board of Grievances, American Tower Corporation, Jaffrey Police Department, and the NAACP have all told material lies or unlawfully withheld evidence
