: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast outstanding discovery/FOIA roundup on the Franconia shooting tragedy and failed HB 1428 Bruce McKay Highway.
By Christopher King

Attorneys Mullen and Modigliani: While Attorney Mullen is no doubt busy conferencing with Chief Montminy on my Bar Grievance over the homework the dog ate (i.e. Troy Watts' 5/2006 Ethics Complaint against Bruce McKay) he needs to take the time to respond to the items I sought from all of you as noted in Kelly's response to me, i.e. the Tahoe video and audio materials, the serial number for the Tahoe's Kustom Signals Eyewitness machine and operator's manual for Bruce McKay's $2,000.00 2-Way Motorola handset that was set to "Mute" for some reason. See pages one and two.Attorney Zuckerman: You vowed to take Gregory W. Floyd's case to the ATF for his repeated violations of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1). I do not believe you've done that but could you help check up with the U.S. Attorney's office in Washington, DC because my FOIA request to them fell due on Monday and no response has crossed my palm as of yet. I am certain they are aware of the situation because they have been reading my blawg assiduously, at least 14 distinct posts in two days alone.
Attorney Frydman: You told me to read Hughes v. Speaker of the House, 152 NH 276 (2005). That case is not on point. The law in this post is on point. And you should read my 24 August 2007 letter to Senator Pat Leahy and note that House Speaker Noreli has to provide the emails just as Kelly did. Further, you have still not responded to my inquiry on
1) Special Fraud Counsel.
2) Including my blawg entry with for the Interim Study, both issues being supported by Bill Kenney.
Thank you all for your prompt and earnest responses.
