KingCast warns Franconia RSA 91-A/FOIA Defendants of conference call with Judge Vaughn on the non-functioning video of Bruce McKay OC Spraying Sarah.

ADVERTISEMENTS
NEWSFLASH: The Calendonian Record and Littleton Courier have published the Citizen Jesseman letters to the media regarding HB 1428 "Bruce McKay Highway" which reportedly comes up for another hearing. As you can see, the Courier even ran its own Editorial "Character is important," praising the Public Works and Highway Committee for not ramming this bill down the throats of North Country residents.

Today's BostonNOW posting.

Caledonian Record's Amy Ash Nixon reported (Fn - many of us have posted comments yet to appear after that story) that Martha McLeod -- who tried to sneak HB 1428 through without notifying other State Representatives or the Franconia Recovery and Reconciliation Committee and other Representatives -- is still trying to get 'er done. There will be another hearing soon, and long before that hearing I had better have a functioning copy of the video of Bruce OC Spraying Sarah so that the American public can evaluate his use of force, because as noted in this post, he violated policies on the use of automotive and OC Spray force that were written for his own protection and for that of others. Review the actual scene.

As to Franconia's ongoing failure to provide a copy of that video, if there is any possibility of them not getting it to me well prior to the new hearing I am going to have a little conference call with Judge Vaughn and Attorney Mullen, wherein Attorney Mullen will leave with a sua sponte order against his client to produce it immediately.

And that will be the end of that.

I've been asking for this thing for six (6) months now, as you can see in this post (Item 3 in the 27 July 2007 letter that Attorney Mullen acknowledges receiving) and as you will soon hear and see in audio and video from the 10 Jan 2008 hearing in KingCast v. Ayotte et al, 07-E-268. I may be mistaken but I believe I'm gesturing at Defendant Montminy in the background for not producing this material in the video capture.
