Issue No. 1: Belknap County Official embezzles $40K.
"New Hampshire's taxpayers deserve to have every tax dollar spent only for its intended purpose. Those who hold the public's trust and then violate that trust will be vigorously prosecuted by my office," Ayotte said in a prepared statement.

Issue No. 2: Disbarred lawyer gets prison for $389K theft.
"Unlawful conduct by attorneys erodes the important trust the citizens expect and deserve from the legal profession," New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte said in a prepared statement. "Any allegations of unlawful conduct by attorneys will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent by this office to preserve the public's trust."

Issue No. 3: Kelly Ayotte lied to Attorney Harold Burbank and blatantly lied throughout the Franconia shooting tragedy investigation.
"The witness statements were all consistent in describing Mr. Floyd's actions (including the passenger of Mr. Kenney's car)....Floyd was unarmed at the time he witnessed Liko Kenney shoot Cpl. McKay and then strike Cpl. McKay with his vehicle"........this was thoroughly investigated..."

Those are all lies Kelly. All of it. And you can bob and weave right now but as we go to the U.S. House on you, and when Casey Sherman's book arrives in 2009 you're going to be under a spotlight that makes your planned parenthood debacle (i.e. the Nation's most restrictive and failed abortion consent laws) look like child's play.

And if you continue to refuse to check into your own actions I for one will be more than happy to say "I told you so."
