We're Back ...

Our email is chock full of Anonymous Tips, so please be patient while it's all sorted out.  It's no fun climbing back on the horse after a nice break, but here goes ..."Boy the way Glen Miller played" ... tongues were wagging last week after Judge Dale Cohen held an evidentiary hearing on this Motion To Recuse, filed by attorney Steve Melnick.  Apparently, Melnick had some words with Dale's wife Mardi, back when he was a fund raiser for "only honorable for two years" Pedro Dijols, who was, of course, knocked out of the little big league by Mardi and the eventual victor, Judge Bernie Bober.  Here's where it gets weird - Judge Dale Cohen actually took testimony from his wife, and from Melnick, before granting the order (not on the merits, we're told)...continue to full post
