Cantero III effective September 6, 2008.According to the Constitution of the State of Florida, each of the state's five appellate districts must have at least one elected or appointed Supreme Court Justice who is a resident of the district at the time of his/her original appointment.  Based on the court's present composition, Justice Cantero's seat will be an at-large vacancy.Applicants must have been a member of The Florida Bar for the preceding ten years and a registered voter...continue to full post
