GRADY'S BRADY?

Most DUI practitioners are aware that BSO DUI Task Force Deputy Charles Grady has been suspended with pay.  The problem is no one knows for sure why.Defense attorneys are filing motions, and judges are getting frustrated.  The State has remained silent on the issue.JAABLOG had a chance to speak with Lee Cohen earlier today, head of county court prosecutions for the Broward State Attorney's Office.  He confirmed that Grady has indeed been suspended, but he has no additional information as to why.  Cohen said that there has not been a case presented to his office for prosecution.  While there have been lots of rumors, he said the Broward SAO has no idea why Grady was suspended, and that's what they're telling judges...continue to full post
