It is with great sadness that we forward the Herald article that many are now aware of: long time Assistant Public Defender Joseph Imperato has been arrested by federal agents for allegedly selling oxycodone tablets to an undercover officer twice.The title of the post links to the article. Everyone who knows Joe is saddened by this arrest.
