 Who will be Charlie's successor?The JNC sent the following six names to the Governor to choose from for Charlie Kaplan's successor:David Haimes, Michael Hursey, Barbara McCarthy, Edward Merrigan, Carlos Rodriguez, and Raag Singhal.In addition to the original applicant pool for the Andrews and Zeidwig seats, Steven Hyatt, Jordan Jordan, and Sharon Mulane put their names in for consideration.  To clear up some of the confusion over the overlapping names for the three circuit seats, let's look back.Ken Gillespie was appointed last week to replace Lance Andrews.  The names that went to the Governor for the Andrews' seat were David Haimes, Michael Hursey, Ken Gillespie, Christopher Pole, Barbara McCarthy, and Raag Singhal.  Gillespie was chosen from the short list, which also included Haimes, Hursey, and Singhal...continue to full post
