FERC Denies Request for Rehearing on Freeport LNG Trucking Proposal

Yesterday FERC issued an order denying a request for rehearing on Freeport LNG's trucking proposal. The request was filed by a local citizen who expressed concerns regarding potential hazards associated with delivering LNG via truck to the Freeport LNG facility. FERC's order is available in the Commission's eLibrary under Docket No. CP03-75.
