I found out from a Bloomberg reporter who is covering the story of my FOIA lawsuit that back in March, Barney Frank and Ron Paul sent a joint letter to the Office of the US Trade Representative that referred to my FOIA request and demanded that the settlement agreement that I requested be made public. That is in addition to the letter from Rep. Peter DeFazio sent around the same time. So there's definitely some support in Congress for my case. Maybe I can get them to file a brief in my case.
