Another Lousy Obama Pick

Chas Freeman, Obama's pick to head the National Intelligence Counsel, looks like another pick with some serious conflicts of interest. He's the former U.S. Ambassador to Saudi Arabia under the first President Bush and he recently headed an organization that received millions of dollars from King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia. Perhaps worse is this statement reprinted at Reason where he admires the Chinese government's "ill-conceived restraint" at Tiananmen square and says that the U.S. would never have reacted with such kindness to the protesters. Seriously:
