The Military Religious Freedom Foundation has filed an amended complaint in the suit against the Pentagon over a litany of constitutional abuses in the military, filed on behalf of SPC Dustin Chalker. They added new information that I wrote about recently concerning the military allowing Christian missionaries to be embedded with them while attempting to proselytize Muslims in Afghanistan and that suicide prevention presentation.
What they are seeking to do is document a wide-ranging pattern and practice of such violations to show that the military is not taking steps to prevent those abuses. You can see the material added here and the full complaint here.
