I've been hammering on the bad news from the Obama DOJ, so let me also offer praise for a very good move. Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri has finally been indicted and will have his day in court. Al-Marri has been held in a Navy brig in South Carolina for five years without ever having charges filed against him.
