: Dispatches from the Culture WarsRadio Show Preview 04-02-09
By Ed Brayton
Tonight is a special edition of Declaring Independence. After breaking the big story about my FOIA lawsuit and the Bush administration selling out public safety so they could keep going after online gambling, I'll be interviewing Lori Wallach, the director of Global Trade Watch who analyzed the document and figured out what it meant.
My second interview will be with friend of Dispatches Timothy Sandefur. We'll be talking about eminent domain and constitutional law.
As always, you can listen here from 6-7 pm EST.
