Remember the lawsuit filed by the endlessly litigious Caldwells, Larry and Jeanne, against UC-Berkeley over the Understanding Evolution website? They lost at every stage and now the Supreme Court has denied cert in the case. I'm sure that won't prevent them from filing another 2700 frivolous lawsuits in the future.
