Der Landtag in Magdeburg stellte die Bibiliotheken auf eine gesetzliche Grundlage. Das Gesetz soll den langfristigen Bestand der Leihstellen für Bücher, DVDs oder CDs sichern. Es definiert Bibliotheken als unverzichtbaren Teil der Kultur- und Bildungslandschaft, der für jedermann frei zugänglich sein muß. [via Volksstimme.de]
