A reader asks me:

"Do you have any idea why no other subpeonas have been issued for other people involved?

I would think at least his dad George would have been arrested. I believe maybe Frank is cooperating to get his dad off.

His did is like 92 years old.

Is there anything you can tell us about what the FBI will be looking at regarding the victims part in all of this?

Are they going to think we did something wrong?

We did not pay taxes on our interest because Frank told us our investment was tax exempt, we were not responsible for those taxes.

What are the odds that the government is going to believe us? He told that to all of us. Everyone is a little worried about that. I won't even ask you

what the odds are on getting some of our money back but.... if you have any idea I would like to know your thoughts. Thanks again."

Here is the Castaldi Docket March 2009

This shows what has happened so far in the Court case against Frank Castaldi.

If there were individuals that the US Attorney's office thought were holding funds or property conveyed to them by Castaldi, they would have be named in the lawsuit.

Nobody appears, at this point, to have been charged other than Frank, according to the Indictiment against him.
